1. Returns and Refunds
At Oasis Health Supplements, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with our return and refund policy.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for unused products within a 30-day period from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund, please email us at contact@oasishealthsupplements.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to return. Our customer service team will guide you through the process.
4. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a full 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Please follow the steps outlined in Section 3 to initiate the return process.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Shipping Costs
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
